Agreement
By using dapperfern.sbs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. DapperFern is operated by LO 2504 LLC.
Information service
DapperFern provides editorial hotel discovery and general accommodation information. It does not guarantee a match for every traveller and does not provide professional, safety or travel-entry advice.
No booking contract
DapperFern does not hold inventory, take payment or issue booking confirmations. Any reservation and accommodation contract is made with the hotel or external booking provider under that party’s price, payment, cancellation and refund terms.
Property information
Names, descriptions, photographs, addresses, facilities, contacts and room references may come from third-party accommodation records. They can be incomplete, delayed or changed. Essential details must be confirmed directly.
No invented ratings or availability
Editorial inclusion is not a star rating, inspection result or guarantee. Static pages do not prove availability, a discount, review score or limited inventory. The provider controls the final offer.
External links
Links to maps, hotels, image hosts and booking services are provided for convenience. LO 2504 LLC does not control their content, security, accessibility, prices or privacy practices.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the site, bypass security, introduce malware, misrepresent affiliation, infringe rights, overload the service, or systematically extract protected material in an unlawful way.
Intellectual property
DapperFern branding, original editorial copy, interface and presentation may be protected. Hotel names, trademarks and third-party images remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
Traveller responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying passports, visas, insurance, local requirements, transport, accessibility, room suitability, safety and current official advice.
Availability and changes
Features, records and pages may be corrected, changed, suspended or removed without promising uninterrupted or error-free service.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, LO 2504 LLC is not liable for indirect loss, unavailable rooms, changed prices, provider conduct, external payment problems or decisions based solely on discovery content. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by applicable Florida law without removing mandatory consumer protections that may apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue.
