Scope
This policy covers dapperfern.sbs and explains information processed while browsing, using the stay index, saving a property or following an external link. DapperFern is operated by LO 2504 LLC.
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive the address, message and information you choose to include. Do not send payment card, passport or sensitive health information through general email or site search fields.
Search and saved stays
Search terms and edit filters are processed in the browser to organise the displayed index. Saved stays use local browser storage and do not create an account or reservation. You can remove them by unsaving properties or clearing site data.
Technical data
Hosting and security systems may process IP address, device and browser information, requested pages, timestamps, referring page and diagnostic events to deliver the site, prevent abuse and investigate errors.
Images and external services
Property images may be delivered by a third-party image host. Map, property and booking links open independent services. Those providers may receive ordinary request information and apply their own privacy notices and cookie choices.
Cookies
The prototype does not require an advertising profile or user account. Essential local storage may support saved stays. If optional analytics or advertising technology is introduced, this policy and any legally required consent controls should be updated.
Legal bases
Where applicable, information is processed to answer a request, operate and secure the site under legitimate interests, comply with law, or on the basis of consent for optional technology.
Service providers and transfers
Limited technical data may be handled by hosting, security, content delivery and communications suppliers. Infrastructure can operate across borders; appropriate safeguards should be used where required.
Retention and security
Email is kept only as reasonably necessary to answer enquiries, maintain records and address disputes. Technical logs follow operational and security retention periods. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can clear browser storage and manage cookies through your device. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning personal data held by the operator.
Children
DapperFern is a general travel-information service and is not directed to children. Please do not submit personal data about a child through general contact channels.
